This 10 week program was designed by Wesley Keith of 22nd Street Barbell specifically for the 2019 Women’s Barbell Classic. Basics of the program:

  • 4 day a week program

  • 2 barbell movements per training session

  • Accessory movements

  • Designed to peak you for meet day or testing your 1 rep max

  • Takes the guess work out of your training

  • Will give you exposure to what a strength training program looks like.
