Early Bird Team Registration
We are only selling 15 teams so you will want to be ready!
REGISTRATION GOES LIVE: AUGUST 1, 2026 AT 8am AND CLOSES: August 29, 2026 5pm
$1,500 for Team of 8
We are offering an Early Bird Team option again for 2027 but with a few changes! Here are the details:
Pre-Selling 15 teams of 8 lifters (no more, no less)
New this year! Lifter contact information is NOT required at registration.
Early Bird Team rosters are due by December 30, 2026.
Athletes on Early Bird Team rosters can be subbed out at no cost. In the event an athlete individually registered but is later added as one of the 8 Early Bird Team athletes, no refund for the individual registration will be issued. There is no limit to the number of individual registrants that can be added to an Early Bird Team above and beyond the initial team of 8 athletes.

The following information will be REQUIRED to complete your Early Bird Registration:
Team Name
Team Captain (this should be one of your 8 lifters)
Payment (As a team, you will submit one payment. It is up to the Team Captain to collect payments from the individuals)
Team Captains will be provided instructions on how to register athletes on their team roster. Early Bird Team Rosters are due by March 1, 2027.
To Register Multiple Teams
If you would like to register multiple teams, we will reduce the cost of additional teams to $1400. Email the Women’s Barbell Classic Committee before July 31, 2026, 5pm at kaylen@raisethebarinitiative.com to receive a promo code to use at checkout. Sharing of the code does not guarantee being able to register multiple teams due to the limited number of teams for sale. The same Registration Requirements apply as outlined above.
Adding Individual LIfters to Your Team
You will have the opportunity to add WBC individually registered lifters to your Early Bird Team in addition to the 8 on your Early Bird Team roster. Email kaylen@raisethebarinitiative.com the following information of new lifters joining your team:

In the event an athlete who is already individually registered is added to an Early Bird Team roster as one of the required 8 athletes, no refunds will be given for the individual registration.
Deadline to make edits to your team’s information and roster is APRIL 18, 2027 at 5 pm

Individual REGISTRATION

TEAM Registration
September 1, 2026, 8AM - April 11, 2027, 5pm
$50 per team
Team Requirements:
All teammates must already be registered individually. This is required.
Minimum of 8 lifters, no maximum
Team registration deadline is April 11, 2026, 5pm
Team edits deadline is April 18, 2026, 5pm
To Register a Team:
Identify 8 women/girls for your team (confirm they are already registered)
Designate a team captain
Create a team name
During checkout, you will type in each lifter's first and last name. Note these lifters must already be registered for the WBC. Please ensure you have the correct spelling of their name to expedite the WBC Committee validation process.
Pay entry fee of $50
Cancellation Policy
If you are signed up for the event, but are no longer able to compete for any reason, please contact wbc-ia@raisethebarinitiative.com. That allows us to try and backfill your spot with someone on the waitlist. Upon receipt of your email, we will issue you a tax deductible receipt for your registration fee. You will also not be eligible for the swag bag due to receiving the tax deduction. In the event you were registered via the Early Bird Team Registration and your team filled your spot, no refund will be issued by the organization. It is up to the lifter to recoup that money from the person taking their spot.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
